My visit was lovely. I have not been in quite a while as life has been challenging, and I decided to make time for a brief escape. It was calm, quiet, relaxing, and soothing, just as promised. I had a room to myself, and my provider, Monica, was so attentive and professional. This was a splurge for me, but it was worth it.

I wanted to love this place, the gal on the phone was super kind and sweet. The atmosphere is even really cute. The problem is, I was asked to wait a couple min for my therapist (I got the 60 min signature unwind)..so I was brought back 3-4 min late, ok no big deal of they make that time up…well the therapist had me sit in the chair, which was nice and comfy, and then she disappeared for about 5 minutes…not sure what she was doing exactly other than bringing water in for my feet…. So now it is 10 min past my apt time…and mid way through, she again excused her self and stepped out for another 3-4 min, taking the water bucket back. So she came back again, and finished up…then she cut out 5 min early.. It’s like they don’t know I have a watch to see all this. So my total reflexology time was maybe 40 min at best. The pressure was super soft (and relaxing) but I prefer more strength. Also, when she did my neck, she literally did one tiny section on each side of my neck for like 30 seconds and that was it. I have had lots of massages, thai massage, reflexology, etc in my day and it was a big disappointment. Spend the extra $20 for an hour massage elsewhere and hopefully you will get the 60 minutes that you pay for and not the 40 minutes I got here.

My friends and I have gone here several times in their previous location. We went yesterday to this new location. While it is a nice atmosphere and they’ve added private rooms, we were disappointed in the reduced services. It was $35, now $52. And they did less body massaging than they used to do, it’s more feet now. They no longer do your arms and hands, nor flip over to do your upper back. Note if you go, wear a spaghetti strap top and have your legs bare up to your knees (or pants you can pull up to knees). It is a nice idea for friends to get massages sitting together, simultaneously. Be on time due to the simultaneous nature- everyone gets same massage routine. It is relaxing and they do a good job of that. We were just disappointed in the reduction of quality and huge jump in cost.

My husband and I just finished up with our two hour Royal Treatment couples massage, and we are so, so pleased. Cost was $240 before tip and tax. Since it was a couples massage, we had a private room to ourselves. I requested medium firmness and Andrew, my massage therapist, did a fabulous job. My husband requested a firm massage and said Natalia used the perfect amount of pressure. At the beginning, we immediately got a hot mineral foot soak while they started massaging our faces, heads, necks, and shoulders. Husband and I both work on computers a lot, so that was just amazing. Lots of my knots were handles around my shoulders. I’ve had massages before, but never had a foot soak with any, and it really elevated the experience. They stepped out and brought in warm neck wraps and warm cloths to cover our eyes and then massaged our arms and hands for about 30 minutes. Then they removed our feet from the soak and did a foot and leg massage for 30 minutes. I’m almost certain I fell asleep during this part. It was so calm and relaxing. We flipped onto our bellies for the last part for a little more neck and shoulder massage, as well as a little massaging on our backs. I felt so wobbly and nice at the end. I wore a tank top and shorts with sandals, and my husband wore a loose T-shirt, shorts, and house slippers. Lol. I highly recommend for anyone who likes massages, especially if you don’t want to take any clothes off. I fully plan on going back again and also buying as gifts for family. Overall wonderful, relaxing, and delightful experience and atmosphere. Well worth it.
