I was fortunate enough to have Lucky do my nails, I had a specific vision (with a reference photo) and she did beautifully.
She made sure to constantly communicate to keep us both on the same page, which I greatly appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back to her again.

Recieved great service today. Pedicure done by Chow. Shop was clean and organized. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Greeted upon arrival and notified of expected wait time, which I appreciated. Excellent customer service, refreshments were offered while I waited. Will return again!

I was just passing through Florence and needed to get my nails done and this nail salon is right in front of the Hampton Inn where I was staying. Best decision to go to Florence Nails! Ask for Lucky! She gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. She scrubbed and massaged my feet like never before. My feet looked lighter in color when she was done! lol!! And yes, I get regular pedicures. The massage felt like I was in a real spa. Lucky also did my gel fill manicure and that was done really well too. The rest of the staff is also welcoming and friendly and they serve wine. 🙂 Definitely ask for Lucky, you won’t be disappointed.

I am from DC. I am traveling through and stopped here thanks to Google. Best decision I’ve made. The manager Lisa is truly amazing. She made me feel at home and was welcoming. Very respectful and a true sweetheart. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did better than the photo. She mentioned that this shop is under new management and she could really use the business. You will not be disappointed. The entire staff treated me like royalty and I will make sure myself and family stop here every time we come to Florence SC. Thank You Lisa and you will be blessed with alot of business. You’re integrity is outstanding and you have a heart of gold
