Rush doing nails, won’t make it right and when you tell them they don’t care. Rude customer service, only go to Kevin everyone else is can’t design or paint worth a damn! You been warned. $85 down the drain!

Worst experience! I asked for French manicure but ended up with short uneven stubby toes. She painted 1/2 the short stubby nail white and when I told her they were too short I didn’t like the way it looks, she got mad. Then sloppily painted them the color I picked out. Manicure was worse. I had long nails going in. Told him I wanted to keep length and shape rounded square NOT pointy. Nails are uneven and some shorter and very pointy. He put so much polish on that it took forever to dry. You can see on a few nails how thick the polish is and some have bubbles and one is just uneven coat and very obvious! Some nails aren’t even fully covered, edges aren’t painted. I had to come home and reshape and even out both feet and fingers as well as repaint both!
Also, when nails weren’t drying I asked why and even one got smudge when I tested it. I was then told I should have gotten gel nails they dry faster. Very rude and poor customer service.

$85 and several hours later… This is what my friend came out with. She had her nails painted THREE TIMES. Removed painted, removed and painted. I understand that people need to be trained and practice, but the manager should have stepped in or taken over. Unprofessional and unacceptable. She had to take off her polish and paint them herself.

Phenomenal work by this man here this nail salon is very well kept and clean. He was so patient with my indecisiveness on nail design. I’m in love such a simple, and elegant style. They were busy but got me in quick! Can’t wait to come back❤️
