I have been going to this nail shop for three years! Now, there is new management, and it SUCKS! I asked for square round nails, but received round nails. When I corrected the manager’s husband, he stated that is square round. I asked for it to be corrected.
After correction (after making them extra short), I requested the French outline regular polish. He stated it’s an additional $15, and I agreed to the additional charge. Once he proceeded to work on my fourth nail, he explained other shops would have said no to regular polish. I explained that he should have stated that in the beginning of the polish. Personally, I am not a gel polish person because my nails never last longer than two weeks!
Horrible customer service, increase in prices just because you don’t want to do a design is ridiculous, and new management is horrible!
Please don’t waste your time if you’re seeking great customer service!

I had Mr. Sunny today; he’s super nice and he did such a great job. He took time to notice that I had an ingrown toenail and offered to cut it out for me. I really appreciate all the time and good service he did. May God bless this place😊🙏🏼

I’ve been coming here since 2018, and I haven’t had a bad experience YET. I feel so welcomed. It truly is a pleasant experience, and my nails are always pretty. Cherry is FABULOUS when it comes to doing designs with no stencils.

I had a great first experience at this nail & spa. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment and was able to make it very easily for the same day, even though they also do walk ins. That’s a plus for me when I am in need of a quick color change or manicure. I have had bad experiences in the past with nail salons in my area with having to make appointments prior to getting a service done, but this was a welcomed change. The facility was clean and friendly. I will be back for future visits.

I previously came for the 1st time in September and had a pretty good experience when I got the dip power in red. I came back again a couple of days ago to get the blue set and unfortunately I feel that the job was sloppy. I feel like the tech was rushing but I was the only one in there so I’m not sure why. She was very rough and cut up my fingers and cuticles they’re still in pain now. Some nails are crooked and my index finger is lumpy.
