Kelly did my full set of acrylics beautifully! I love that she asked if I wanted my natural nails cut before applying the tips. (Not everywhere does that and I hate my natural nails showing under the tips) She asked many times throughout if the length, shape, etc were good. Everyone was nice & the place is clean!! I used their 20% off promotion to try them out & I will definitely be back. My total was $60 before the promotion. That included the removal of my old set and my new set with shape & length, which I think is a fair price! Especially with the quality of work you get!

I attended this nail salon approximately three weeks ago, and now today after the removal of my nails at home, I have found that there is green fungi underneath four of my nails. It is dark green with a mix of brown color. I am very disappointed in this nail salon and the improper use when it comes to cleaning your utensils I paid a well enough amount of money to receive a great service, and that I did not. Therefore, I will not be coming back due to the unprofessionalism.

EDIT: I’m really sad to be editing this review but I feel like it should be said. After writing this review, I went to Flawless Nails for nearly 2-3 months straight, getting a fill every 2 weeks on the dot. I have never been that diligent about my nails. I loved every set I got. However, about 6-8 fills in, I started to notice an infection under one of my nails and it was tender. The first time the tech noticed, she acknowledged it, drilled it down (painfully) but still filled the acrylic over it. I figured she was the expert and knew how to handle it (naively). Two weeks later, I asked her about it explicitly because it was starting to really hurt. She said in response, “This happens when you get too many fills back to back. I always try to tell my clients this. I have a client right now that I try to convince to get a new set but she won’t and she has this kind of infection.” I was very bothered by this because she didn’t try to tell ME about this at all. I had no idea that I should’ve been getting a new set every “3-4 fills” according to her. I was only seeing the same tech, so she knew I wasn’t getting new sets. On that day, she removed my set and I had several fingers impacted. We decided to do gel overtop instead of a new set. Her removal was extremely painful and she attempted several times to “drill away” the infection stain. My nails were too thin at this point and I just wanted to be done. After that appointment in December, I did not return until roughly february, when all of the affected nails had grown out and I felt okay to return. I thought the infection was my fault and maybe I should’ve known better. I returned, knowing that I was ready to get a new set every month and a half or two months. I returned, got a new set that I loved, filled it ONCE two weeks later. After another two weeks, I decided that I was too busy to go in to remove them for a new set, so I removed them at home. After soaking and removing the set, 4 of my nails are impacted AGAIN. After reading online, I’m seeing that this can be caused by using unsanitary tools or improper positioning of the nails. Considering I never let my nails go more that two weeks without a fill, and I never had bad lifting nor lost/broke an acrylic, I can only determine that this is caused by the tech/nail salon’s hygienic practices OR by improper installation of the acrylics. I don’t know and I really don’t care to find out. I won’t be returning. I’m so disappointed because I loved going here and loved being a regular and always tipped very well. Here’s to going another couple of months without a set so I can heal my nails AGAIN.

I quite literally just got the best acrylic set I’ve ever had! I told Tina how I hate that when I ask for round nails, there’s always this weird part of the edges of my nails where they get filed too far in and either look awkwardly pointy or look uneven. I showed her a pic of a previous set I got from another shop that I disliked and showed her a pearl/chrome pink set on Pinterest. She did a test nail for me to make sure I loved it first. She compared my nails twice to make sure lengths and shape was even. The place was clean, they offered a drink, it was fairly quick to be seen and I just kinda fell in love with Tina! First time customer and I immediately made my refill appointment. Sooooo good!

Very upset with my manicure. The nail tech cut my skin around my nails really bad with the filer and didn’t shape them or cut them down like I ask. I had dip done which was done very poorly and I’m already having cracking one day later. My fingers are now very sore which is not what you’d want after paying $50 for the service! I will not be coming back.
