Very bad pedicure. She, an owner, refused to buff my toe nails. Needed buffing. I asked her and her mother in law. Nails were dry and needed to be cut back. Asked her to cut toe down. She refused.
Water was cold. Asked to heat water. Barely warm.

Pedicure: same dirty water; no heat or steam was used; no stones – I asked for it. No perfumed oil was used. Just cheap lotion and some oil. Massage was no more than 2 minutes. Twisted my knee. Told her to be careful w my knee. Her mother in law saw all that but did not help.

Manicure was the same. Not clean water. Pink lotion was all she used.
Charge was $50.00 for pedicure and manicure.
Thus is precisely why I did not go there for 6 months. They have hardly any business. Mother in law and son are better. Owner’s wife is unpleasant.
