I was late to my appointment and I was worried because they closed at 8. Not only did the ladies still take me and my sister for a full set, they also offered a pedicure at the same time despite closing shortly. The atmosphere is very calming and clean! The ladies were so nice and social! Highly recommend!

I feel like she did a bad job on purpose. Needed a fill in 24 hours bc lady forgot (?) to do my cuticles until after she did my nails.
My friend and i made an appointment for here on 2/13 and when we showed up, they were surprised to see us and werent ready. We had an appt for mani/pedi and did pedi first to look at nails. Pedi took over an hour and a half in half luke warm water. I wasnt paying as close attention as other times ive gotten a pedi, but the treatment portions didnt feel very deep or effective like other times.
We finally got to nails and the woman is visibly and audibly annoyed that ive asked for short ombre. She wont take the nail as short as i want it (even after i tell her she can just do tip). She also didnt remove any
Of my cuticle before painting, so i looked like i needed a fill before i left the salon. Kind of counter intuitive since she was complaining how short my nail bed was. So this specifically makes me feel like She Did a Bad Job On Purpose.

My friend had medium-long rounded, v-day theme and her nails were beautiful except two flooded cuticles.

Price for 2 mani/pedi was $300 and we left a $55 tip. Very very disappointed you can see from the picures that i shouldnt be charged $100

I went in for a pedicure and not only did it take them forever to get to me the technician did a terrible job. The polish is uneven, has big globs in places, and doesn’t go down to the nail bed so they already look weirdly grown out. When I asked for a design (which I have gotten in the past with regular polish), he refused unless I upgraded to gel nails. I was a walk in so I definitely understood the wait, but if it takes a half hour or more to get to someone just say you can’t take the walk in. I went with my mom and they hadn’t even started her nails by the time I was done so we left. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

I’ve never left a review before but the experience really was that bad 🙁
Came in for one service but the nail tech would not stop trying to make me get a fill instead of taking them off and told me a firm price and ended up charging me double that which would be one thing if it was what I asked for. But the nails objectively looked so bad and it’s never comfy when you have to try and politely ask them to clean them up. Then it broke immediately which I’ve never experienced before either. I called to nicely explain the situation and was told to come in to get it taken off and a partial refund closer to the original price I was told (mind you I didn’t want that service but the woman insisted literally 6 or 7 times that I do knowing I only said yes because of the price). So I came in and the experience was so much worse. The original tech tried to have me fill again then tried to get me to do a manicure and was laughing and then tried to literally rip the acrylics off and I had to stop her and ask for a soak. Was so rough on my nails I was shocked. Overall just a disappointing service because I have no issue paying a lot of money for nails, it’s an art and they deserve the pay! But deceiving someone, doubling the price, and doing a horrible job just sucks because at the end of the day you never know what someone gave up to be able to pay for a treat yourself service. Moral of the story don’t be like me and say yes out of anxiety because you will get screwed over ;(

I was traveling for work and wanted to get a pedicure. It was 7 and they close at 8, so I called beforehand and they told me to come on. Once I was there I was welcomed and they were very friendly.

They explained the service and we had a good conversation. They took there time with the massage and paid attention to details of the service. I enjoyed my pedicure very much. I recommend.
