Me and my sister had such a bad experience and the quality of our nails were terrible. My sisters nails were so bad she had to get glitter to cover the “bubbles” in her nails. And it didn’t help that as soon as we got there the lady in charge (I’m assuming) aggressively greeted us at the door with NO mask and invaded all our personal space. This wouldn’t be a problem if covid wasn’t booming at the time. Literally the only thing i enjoyed while being there was Helen. She was so nice and comforting. But even having to pay was a hassle, they charged my sister wrong and it would be three different women yelling at eachother on what we got and who we had to pay. Not a fan. Hopefully others have better experiences.

Very accommodating, pleasant and willing to listen to what YOU want! Be ready to pay separately for services if you have more than 1 person service you.
They charge individually now, since COVID, hand- held charge card machine.
However, I wasn’t happy with the pedicure I received after getting home I realized the paint on my toenails looked “lumpy,”
Lol..
I called to complain and the manager, TINA, kindly asked me to come back so they can correct it! She went on to say, ” we dont want out customers unhappy..”
I was thoroughly satisfied with the second paint she applied ( HAWAIAN ORCHID)
and will be a repeat customer from now on..!💗

I’m assuming I was the first customer of the day (oct 4 2018) but since they open at 9 and I didn’t get in until about 11 but it was empty. They knew right away what I needed since I had called previous to arriving. The two ladies that helped me did so with such care! Not once was a burned or cut from filling or the acrylic removal I had done. They made sure to be careful not to ruin my real nail as that was my soul purpose of putting fake nails on to begin with..they were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable! She even declined my chair to my liking and turned on my massage chair.
The thing that I loved most was the the service I received was not rushed whatsoever and she did a wonderful job on the painting part too .I’m very basic when it comes to my nails haha. But since it’s almost Halloween I decided to do a color I’m not always so fond of..she was nice enough to test it out for me with a smile!
Best service I’ve ever recieved! Thank you google for helping me find this place when I was in need😍

Last Saturday I went to this place get my nails done was not happy with the service because the lady who do my hands she was so rough with my hands when I ask her to fix one of the nail look crook not happy the look on her face beside that I ask her to shape my nails like almond shape she make me nails shape look like a fences they all look crooked on top of that she complained the color I pick say it to light I have to paint three time for you. My finger got infection due to her tools not cleanest around my finger was swallowed so big and so redness it hurt so bad I recommended people don’t come here get your service done because poor customer service and your nails don’t look nice at all I never ever come back here again
