Lisa is amazing! I’ve been going to her off and on for a few years now (when I decide it’s time to pamper myself), and she has always done great work! Every lady in there does great work! I would definitely suggest First Star Nails!

I went in with the idea of getting a manicure and pedicure. However, when the lady was doing my nails, I accidentally messed up the french tip trying to insert my hand in the LED light. I sincerely apologized, because I was embarrassed that I had messed it up . But her response was to roll her eyes. I get it, I messed up but ma’am, it was an accident. Will definitely not be back, I cannot give my hard earned money somewhere that they don’t appreciate my business. The other lady tried to relieve the tension as she seen my facial expressions change, she was polite and I genuinely appreciate her but for me it was a bad experience.

I had a terrible experience. Lady gave me a French manicure with gel on Wed.by Friday my nails started chipping, we in Sat to see if they could fix the..Lady said it was my fault and wasn’t going to fix it.a other Lady Sandy fixed it ,but the all where completely chipping off by Monday. Won’t be back.the Lady was rude and she did a terrible job. There are enough places around,no need to get bad customer service

Very professional, loved the atmosphere and the staff. And I love the fact that some places still have walk ins welcome, my nails get done on the fly most of the time so I can’t make appointments like most want you to now days. I will definitely be going back. She did a great job on how pointed I wanted my nails and the ombré is on point!
