First Star Nails location: 8060 N. 76th Street Milwaukee, Wisconsin I had to post to say to the universe something that had me shook!!! I went to get some eyelashes & was met with refusal to do my eyelashes after many years of business with them. I went earlier; couldn’t wait so I left & returned later. This lady I’m speaking of is new, obviously & doesn’t know me nor respect the hard earned money I’ve spent patronizing them. She has certainly tarnished their brand with her unprofessional use my time. The level of disrespect for our culture especially during black history month blows me! This is supposed to be a business & yet her personal feelings were allowed to overshadow the work they typically do. In my line of work, you’re absolutely not allowed to refuse to service a highly respected pillar in the community such as myself. Wrong woman, wrong day, wrong again! I am blasting you on all social sites as well as the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
I need an open apology! But you’ve definitely lost my monthly business and it will sting…trust me!

One of the worst manicures I’ve ever had! I got an overlay fill. He filed my nail short before even asking me how short. When I saw what he was doing to one nail… I said way too short. He proceeded to cut the next one just as short. He didn’t understand what I was saying to him… now I have short nails that are not the color I asked for. Ugh! First and last time..:: Never again!

First off, I’m not too picky, but a bowl liner should be required. No, liner was used for the pedi, but I let that slide. Next, a mani should be a simple task, but the a man doing it managed to cut past my cuticle to my skin until I bled. I will not be returning to this establishment. I have one positive out of this situation that my eyebrows were cute, but I still wouldn’t return. Thanks for letting me share my first and last visit.

I lied, I have given them another shot because Jake comes highly recommended. My nails came out cute. He listened to my request and executed it perfectly. He brought my original post 1 to a 5. Great job!

The owner v did my feet..when he first came over he was nice..he does ignore you… I was upset when I saw my feet close up…this was my first visit here.. I spent $47..very disappointed..😡👎zoom in …now I know take a picture before I leave
