Have always had great service in the past but the last two pedicures I’ve had, have been horrible. They were both done by new people. The first time they cut the skin underneath my nail. Accidents happen. I went back today and seen another new person and had to take the file and do it myself. Every nail was left unshaped. Very lousy job. The owners wife asked if I wanted to leave a tip of course my answer was no. I told her it was a lousy job and she didn’t care one bit. Save your money and go elsewhere for a decent pedicure. Love their service and employees. They’ve done amazing job on our nails! I’ll never go to another nail salon! You get what you pay for!

Amazing quality work, took the time to make sure it was done right & still managed to get it done in a timely manner. Calming atmosphere without much chatter. Not too expensive.

I went there this morning and had my eyebrows done. I asked her had she done my eyebrows before. I’ve visited this place many times. She said “No” but I told her to go ahead and do them because all the times I’ve been there I’d been thoroughly satisfied with the service. So, she proceeded. After she pulled the first tape off, I looked in the mirror. She then told me she was nervous and didn’t want to continue. She left the room and another technician came in and took over. After she finished, I looked in mirror. I noticed that one of my eyebrows was higher than the other. I showed her in the mirror. She refused to acknowledge it, and kept saying “No”. I thought she would at least try to fix it. She said “No” and walked out. So I left the room and walked up to the register to pay. A technician came to the register. I told her that I was not satisfied. She walked away from the register. Then a male came to the register with an attitude, all the time speaking his native language. I handed him a 20.00 dollar bill and he gave me 5.00 back. Upon checking in shop,customers first have to punch in their name. When I first got there and punched in my name, I noticed the number 46 by my name. After I paid him, I tried to ask him what the number meant by my name. He turned his back to me and began speaking louder in his native language and went and sat down.
So, I Ieft. I will NEVER patronize and recommend 1st Nails ever again.

Loved how my nails turned out! She did such a good job, I think maybe I got the owner , she was an older lady. She was so nice and helpful! This was my first time there and I’ll definitely be back! The prices are very fair!
