I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years now. During my visit last month, I always get natural nails and the technician messed up a toe, and she tried to cover it up. I still wanted to give the place a 2nd chance because I thought it was just that one time (no place is perfect!). But today is my last here. I asked for a french pedicure with a nude color top and I got what you see in the pictures. The nail shapes are all over the place and the thickness of the French tip is too big and uneven if looking at all toes. To top it off, I got my eye browns waxed and I only asked to clean them and no shape change. They made them so thin and look fake. I have beautiful natural eyebrows and now they look really bad. Time to find a different place.

I hate to have to write this but I was not treated fairly. I’m a regular at first nails salon who tips really well whenever I come. The day before Mother’s Day I came to the salon early because I figured they would be busy. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened so I could be the first in (and I was!) so I walk in and request a fill, a color change, and pedicure. I requested a bright orange and instead of bringing the color choice wheel, she brought me the color she picked. It was a pretty color so I didn’t protest like I should’ve. Once my nails were completed, the owner (I believe she’s the owner or manager) comes to me before my requested pedicure and says “you meant color change right?” and I said “yes” because I didn’t want to be problematic but she knew exactly what I had ask for she was just trying to get me to change my request. She then gave me this weird pat on the shoulder as if to say “thanks for being a pushover”.. She did a rush paint job that looked horrible. Another thing I observed were two Latina women who had come in for pedicures.. the owner/manager stated “es tu madre? (Is that your mom?) And the woman responded “no she is my friend! 🙄 I thought that was so tacky of her to assume! Also at the end I wanted to tip Miss Kim for doing a wonderful job on my nails as I always do and to my surprise my receipt was printed without a tip line.. That was my last day going to First Nail Salon. Miss Vicki and Miss Kim are amazing so if you do decide to go ask for them. The photos attached show the “bright orange” she picked and the actual color I wanted. Nothing I wanted mattered that day and it showed.

Went in and asked for dry flowers on every other finger lady ignored me and kept going then got stickers ! I’m not 5 ! When she was finished I was like what about the flowers ?? She’s like I draw for you I was like no that’s not what I want smh so I left with plain white nails that cost me 60 $!!!

This place is my go to salon now. They are the kindest people ever and do an AMAZING job always. I took my sweet grandma here this past weekend and they made her feel so special! Best place I’ve been and I have not switch up since finding them.

Extremely nice staff that does beautiful work. I have very short nails right now and that usually proves to be a challenge for most places doing a dip nail. The shape is wonderful, my tech was very accommodating and gentle. Will definitely be back.
