I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m so happy with my nails and overall experience, I felt it was necessary. I’ve been trying to find my “go to” nail salon as I recently moved here and have always gotten Gel X. I’ve been to several different salons but I am so happy to say I’ve found my new regular nail salon here in Louisville.
My wonderful nail tech, Kevin, was AMAZING. He was very detail oriented and professional. It was obvious he wanted to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and for that I’m grateful! All of the staff were super friendly and I had an overall pleasant experience. Get Gel X with Kevin!!!! You won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

I’ve always heard great things about this salon so I decided to take my sister to get our nails done. As somebody who gets anxious in new social situations, this was a very easy going atmosphere from start to finish. Our experience here was amazing. The staff was so kind, gentle, and welcoming. They offered water, sprite, Diet Coke. We were made aware of pricing as we had requests for certain additions which was very considerate. Our artist was personable and did an amazing job getting us exactly what we wanted from shape, length, and color. Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. We will be returning! 🙂

I typically love this place but won’t go back to get my fill-in. Hated my nails this time and some are actually longer than the other. Definitely not a $95 set at all. Sophie has always been amazing. But I’ll be looking for another tech elsewhere. This last set was horrible! Rushed, and you can clearly tell she’s very overbooked every time, she seems exhausted now.

Highly don’t recommend! When the owner himself is hot tempered because you didn’t like the shape he prefer you have.. Very strange when I didn’t ask for it..🤷🏽♀️ Also tried to pull the angry black women card. I said I’m not upset I’m just telling you what I don’t like.. I thought that was ok to do but maybe not to him. No one willing to soak off my nails. I get it that’s your boss.. cool whatever. I am disappointed but angry nah… since I have been going there for a while but loyalty doesn’t matter to anyone and I’ve never been an issue or had an issue in the shop. There are some good techs there but management I can’t say the same.
