Liliana gave me the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. She was meticulous and precise. Super friendly and gentle experience. I got exactly what I asked for! The vibes are always so great at this nail art studio.

I love it here! I’ve been going to Linh and she’s phenomenal, but all the nail techs are incredibly talented and sweet. The prices are a bit more expensive, but the artists 100% are worth it. Also better prices means better pay, which means everyone working there is obviously happy to be there and loves their job. I recommend doing mystery art since you really get to let whoever’s doing your nails to show off their artistry.
I also see a lot of bad reviews regarding their late/24hr cancellation policy, and to a certain extent I understand since it is pretty strict, but when making the appointment you explicitly agree to their policy… There’s no use complaining about it later even if you run into a frustrating situation. The artists deserve to be paid for their time.

I’m visiting PDX for business and was lucky enough to secure a session at the branch ( I later learnt that they will be merging the two salons).

Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely girls at the reception and was offered something to drink and a wide variety of colors to choose from. While I was sat at the waiting area I had the pleasure to chat with the owner. Really fun and energetic person who gave me great recommendations for bars and food spots around the area.

I then was greeted by the lovely Emily and we discussed about the colors and ideas I had for my mani. She knew immediately what I was after and was highly professional and efficient throughout the process. You can clearly see she loves what she’s doing and is damn good at it!

My bf called 4 months in advance with the request of best cartoon artist, for a full set simple cartoon design with reference pic, for my birthday. Not only did my nails look absolutely nothing like the photo at all…. But, the girl from the gate was like “I don’t do cartoons or any design that’s not stencil, lettering only.” So I was already disappointed from the start, but paid $160, with a $25 tip without saying a word. Upon paying I was told if my nails came off or broke within 5 business days, it would be on the house for repairs. That should have been a massive red flag. Within 3 days the gel/acrylic/whatever just popped off while I was closing a window… I call the shop, explain what happened and what I was told. They scheduled me to come in the next day and have the original artist fix the nail. I go in and have the repair done and am like “Thanks, have a good day” because I was told it would be on the house. As I go to head towards the door was stopped by BOTH the nail artist and the receptionist who are now hounding me down for the $50 dollars I owe them for the repair and paint. I turned around to look at them, confused and they immediately start accusing me of theft of services threatening to call police. I tried explaining, but they told me what I was originally told isn’t policy, so I must pay and not return. I paid and left. I never had or will have the intention of returning. I considered not posting this review, but people need to know how this business treats the people they already overcharge.
