Such an amazing salon! I needed to reschedule, and they got me in the next day with the time I needed to fit my schedule. I love that they have morning appointments available.

My tech was so polite, thorough and thoughtful. I am so happy I found this place- will definitely be coming back 🙂

(Coming from someone who rarely ever gets their nails done due to bad experiences, this place is 5 starts all the way )

I started coming here when my girl Sam moved there.(I will follow her anywhere) It has a great atmosphere and everyone is super nice!

I made an appointment for Friday May 3rd and I needed to cancel that appointment. I have called 6 times throughout the day trying to cancel and the phone hasn’t been picked up once. There is no way to contact or email anyone in the salon, and if I get charged for a no-show appointment it would be very frustrating. Hopefully somebody sees this review and cancels my appointment, so I can delete this review. I’m sure the nail techs do wonderful and I wouldn’t want to no-show on anyone but in this case I cannot make my appointment. Please start answering phone calls or have a different form of direct contact. Thanks!

Immediately after I posted my previous review, Jennifer gave me phone call. I was also contacted through instagram. Due to family stuff, i couldnt respond at the time, but the very next day Jennifer called me again. Jennifer is the manager of Fina and she was very kind; she listened to me talk about what happened in detail, she asked proactive questions, and then offered me multiple options to correct the existing problems with my acyrlics.

PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I chose to have my daughters acrylics refunded as a gift card (Since due to the aforementioned family stuff, my daughter isn’t coming back to Idaho untill Christmas) and elected to have my current set redone. Fina Beauty went beyond the call in making the situation right: I had rescheduled my appt for last monday, but due to my own stupid, i missed that appoint and they were super accomidating in still getting me in this monday (8/17). Elma was the tech who did my nails, who also happens to be the owner (she was so gracious and was very adament that she wanted to do my nails herself). As I said in my first review, I chose to stick with a black to red ombre, which is exceptionally difficult to do right. Black is an unforgiving acrylic and Elma made it look easy.

I will leave one picture from the old poor review ( itll be the first one.) and include pictures of the nails Elma did. They are gorgeous and I have finally found my new nail salon.

You were kind and understanding and Thank you for being so willing to engage with me without prompting. I know after a bad review it can feel bad, actually hurt ones feelings, and I know it can be very uncomfortable to deal with a person who may have made you feel upset. So thank you. I appreciate your interaction today just as much as I appreciated getting my nails done. All of you are wonderful and I hope that I can get an appointment with you in the future Kim for something that your great at.

TLDR: Need a new nail tech? Willing to spend a bit more to get excellent product and even better customer service? Fina Beauty Nails is worth the appointment.

Just make sure that if you are unsatisfied you can point out exactly what went wrong. If they know what went wrong, then the techs at Fina Beauty will fix it and do it better than you hoped.

Synopsis of previous poor review: 8/7, two appts, set appt for two manis and two pedis with full acrylics. Less than stellar customer service and poor quality acrylics. I was extremely dissapointed in the service and the end result.

I booked with Lidia for acrylic nails and she did AMAZING. I asked for a design that I’ve been previously turned down on by another salon and she was quick to agree. Hands down, probably my favorite set of acrylics yet. She was also so sweet and patient! Cannot wait to book again!
