This was my first visit to FILED. I was surprised at how big it was on the inside and how many technicians they had available. They can definitely handle walk ins. I got a gel manicure, which came out very nice. I was in and out in 30 min. Which was awesome, considering it was right at 5 p.m., and they were busy. The best part is that they offer a 10-day warranty on your polish. If it cracks, chips, breaks, etc. They will fix it for free. That is amazing. I am very active with my hands, and an at home manicure will only last 3 days max before the polish starts chipping. I would definitely recommend Karen. She was very gentle and did a great job!

This was the best experience I have ever had! The attention to detail was amazing. Don was very kind and took his time perfecting each nail. The artist doing the design is the best at her job and did an amazing job as well. I drove from Houston to get my nails done and it did not disappoint! I will be coming back

This was my first time to filed. Overall it was a great experience! I made an appt and waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. They bring a basket of goodies while you get your nails done! So fun! I had Rose and she was very thorough when doing my nails. She kept asking to make sure everything was good and how I liked it. I then had Irene do the design. She was very quick and did a fantastic job! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to filed for several months now, and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. My daughter and I went and got our nails done recently and we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated, and the patience they have for kids is amazing.
