Love this spot, they seem to all do a great job. Lynn does very very well. The only thing is the guy booked me for my appointment but they are always late with the appointment time which keeps me from getting everything I need at once or I’m late for my next appointments elsewhere.

Not impressed. The wait was short and now I know why. The only good this about the pedicure is the nail polish. My nails are not cut straight…how do you mess that up? And the bottom of my feet are not smooth like they should be after a pedicure. Not in love with my current place but it far exceeds this.

UPDATE: This review was posted over a year ago. I don’t believe a word of your “apology” because if you were truly sorry it would not have taken this long. Do better.

I literally just had the worst experience there. I waited over 45 minutes for a pedicure and never got serviced. When seats opened up the gentleman who came in behind me was asked to sit first and then I was asked to sit. Ok fine. But then the man who works there asks me if I have an appointment. I tell him no and he proceeds to tell me that I would continue waiting then because everyone else that came in behind me had an appointment. This was not true because the older gentleman that entered after me asked how long would the wait time before a pedicure and proceeded to wait when they quoted him a 30 minute wait time. I left but then went back in to speak with the owner. They didn’t care. There was a flat apology and she stated that they would take me now but absolutely not. I’ve been black all my life and I know racism when I see it. Wish I could give zero stars.

Best mani ever anywhere! It never peeled or chipped. Everyone is super nice and their work is flawless. Great pedis too. Good gift certificate gift!
