Awful experience!!!! I went to get a mani and pedi and when I walked out it looked like I had been wearing the nails for a week so I called 10 minutes after leaving and sent Richard pictures he said come back and I’ll fix them so I did and all he did was paint over the gap so I left again went home showed my boyfriend and he was appalled they was okay with letting me leave that way so he and I went back up there for the 3rd time and this time we were not nice, I was in tears I asked them to please just take it off all of it I just wanted it off, after another 30 mins drilling the gel pain off still they insisted he will fix them so I told them to just paint them French tips and be done.I will say after the third time they looked better but why did it take us being rude for them to do me right? They knew my nails looked messed up every person in the salon agreed they wouldn’t walk around looking like that!!! First 2 pictures are first time 3rd picture is after 2nd time!!

I love these people and they are very kind hearted, but i’m going to be honest.. If you want anything up to date do NOT come here. They specials on solid color & early 90’s designs only. I asked
for regular black frenchies with a red
trim, including one solid red nail… i was charged $80 for this HORRIFIC SET!! if you go here please choose minimal ANYTHING. richard legit played in my face.

I love this place. It took me almost 3 years to find such a nice nail salon with wonderful owners and staff. Katie is amazing at pedicures. Won’t go anywhere else.

Didn’t listen to anything we said, asked for hot pink and gave us orange and when we told him it was wrong he ignored us and kept going. Told us he could do it and he really couldn’t and made us pay before even getting our nails done!

I went for a pedicure only. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Richard is nice and courteous, but this is not a place I would ever frequent again. The establishment is unclean and outdated. There was not a plastic liner put in the foot tub for sanitary purpose. I also question the cleanliness of all the utensils used. Richard cut off all of my cuticles (toes around the cuticle area were sore afterward). I would not recommend this establishment.
