I am a visitor from Florida on a healthcare travel assignment. I am not familiar with the area. I walked in and the lady tells me immediately we don’t do walk ins. I found this place online so i drove from lake city. No where online does it say appt only. So I told her I am not from here and she ignored my comment. I asked her if she knew of any other places around here and she said look online. Very rude and unprofessional. Bad for bussiness to treat people so disrespectful. I hope this is enough for people not to show up at this place because they could’ve at least been polite.. thanks

First i want to say the salon is very nice, second it was CLEAN (thank the nail gods). My nail tech was very nice and was very attentive. I wasn’t left waiting and got in right when my appointment was scheduled and left at a good time! The nail files used were new and clean! In addition I know that they’re reusable tools were sanitized as I witnessed them
Being brought to the back to do so. It also did not reek of acrylic chemicals which was great. I would definitely recommend, THEY ARE BUSY FOR A REASON. And if they don’t answer the phone it’s because they are busy with clients, but any time I’ve called they answer. This will be my new nail place and probably the only one I’ll go to as the services are nice, the price is fair and the staff was really pleasant!

Waste of $100. Not at all what I asked for. Unprofessional. Didn’t do anything with my cuticles and nails looked like they were grown out three weeks as I was sitting in the salon seat. By day two nails were already falling off. I didn’t get at all what I asked for. Just wanted a simple French set. Mani pedi matching. With acrylic on the big toe. They Wouldn’t do the acrylic on the toes. Didn’t match the fingernails to toenails. All around I have no idea why people were recommending I go here. I don’t go to the salons ever but wanted to treat myself. I was so disappointed

Highly recommend Tracy! I’ve been going to her for years & have never been disappointed. Steady hand & good eye. Really works with the customer so that they leave satisfied. I show her what I am looking for & she tackles it head on with her own little spin & comes out amazing every time
