Got my nails done Saturday and they looked great but started chipping away and cracking. They offered to redo them for free, went back today(Monday) and the owner redid them. They look beautiful and I’m happy with them.

Overall, the service was good. Making an appointment on the phone was super easy and they had pretty good customer service over the phone. When we got there the guy up front seemed a little rude. Maybe it was an off day for him I don’t know.
The girl who did my nails was new, but she did a really good job.
Unfortunately you can still see where my actual nail transitions from pink to white. Granted I did choose a white polish but I’m just not too thrilled about that (4 coats). Otherwise, everything else was good.
Update 2 years later: went back for a gel manicure ($30) and love it. Would go more often if it wasn’t so pricey.

Every 5 star review is 100% accurate. Beautiful and clean salon. Amazing service. Talented and knowledgeable technicians. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I’ve found my new nail salon home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was the first time that I had been here. I received a gift card so I thought I would use it. I had an appointment for 11am for 2 people. I waited for about 10 min. for the person to start (I believe they were short handed). My daughter got gel nails and I had a pedicure. The gel nails looked good but I had to ask them to finish polishing parts of my toenails that they missed. When the lady came over to fix my toe nails, she said “you give me tip too”. I thought that was very rude. When I went up to pay, I had cash as well as the gift card. The lady (I don’t know her name but I believe she was the owner) said she could not accept my gift card. I asked her why and she said she was the new owner . She told me to call the number on the gift card to see if I could get the money back. I did…it was their phone number!!! I told her that I had the gift card less then a year and she told me that she became the new owner in June. After discussing things she told me she could give me $30 off (the gift card was valued at $52). I was not happy and felt like I was being lied to. I got home and googled who owns Fantasy Nails and it shows that it has been the same owners since they opened. I will not be back.

This is what I got nothing like pictures charged 61 for a fill by the way and they charged my daughter less then me for a full set 2 colors and a design. Don’t ho there not good never again I am going to go pay someone else to do my nails this is not ok
