Just got nails done on last Thursday before Easter. Two came all the way off and all the others are lifting. One of the nails that came off my nail underneath was damaged and split. He drilled to far down.It was a week yesterday and I didn’t need a fill. I go in and the manager says she will fix them half price. That’s crazy. Then I ask the man that did this poor work and he asks me what I need after telling and showing him the problem. Why would I pay again when obviously you’re not good at doing nails. I had gotten a fill and pedicure for $110 and left a $5 tip. It took him 3hrs. The man that sits at the last nail desk in the back. If this is how they treat customers it says a lot. Then they argued back and forth in there language just to tell me they can charge me half. My nails are all lumpy and bubbles in the polish in the first place. Find elsewhere to go. These folks are not good nail techs and lack customer service.

The vibes r immaculate 🌸👑 my new fav spot to get my nails done in Janesville, my nail tech did me sooo good. Pretty much shared my entire background story cuz I was so comfyyy. He took his time and it came out better than the reference pic 💞💞 interior design popped off the ambiance was relaxing and prices were reasonable and affordable. Full sets start at $40 but I had designs on mine so total came out $60 not including tips.!

My co-sister & I got a full set today and we are both in love with them! The techs were very welcoming. I told my co-sister that we definitely should go back some time. 💓

UNSANITARY. POOR QUALITY. The workers were nice, but the quality was POOR. If you’re looking to be in and out within 30 minutes for a full set, this is your place. If you’re looking for quality work for the $60, this is not the place. I’m not even joking when I say 30 minutes for a brand new full set. I was cut with the cuticle nippers.. which ok mistakes happen, I’m not upset about that. What I am upset with is how it was handled… it was dabbed with paper towel, cuticle oil was placed on it and rubbed in!!! Disgusting and unsanitary to say the least!! Nail shape is not what I wanted, nor asked how I liked it prior to painting. And the tech didn’t polish 15% of each nail! Online it says $38+ full set, why was I charged $50 when I got a basic color and the lady next to me got French tip color for $45?
Will not be back and do not recommend.

Had my first gel pedicure at Fancy Nails today, and it was awesome! The place is super clean, and the staff were all really friendly. My nail tech did an amazing job, and my nails look fantastic. Definitely recommend checking them out!
