Customer Reviews:
1. The nails in the picture weren’t 80 dollars and done by the owner
2. If they hadn’t taken 2 hours to be done on my day off, I did have previous dip to soak off – which took 15-20 min btw- but other than that the way that they look for the time and price is ridiculous
3. If I hadn’t gone back in the next day to get them redone after 23 people called them ugly, the owner looked at them and blamed my natural nail for the chunky and crusty sides of the dip. She grabbed my hand and started filing them with some random board above her client and started scoffing at me for complaining. I’m refrained from making a negative review until going in to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve never been so upset about my nails (and my money!!! I spent 80 dollars on a natural dip matte polish in a coffin shape on my natural nail, and now another 65 to get them ACTUALLY FIXED at Nails on 42nd). I don’t think I’ll ever stop being mad about this, I’m never going back and I’m telling everyone I know.
