I’ve been going here for years (I don’t get my nails often but when I do I go there) the beginning when I started they were very professional and welcoming and did amazing on pedicures and manicures. I noticed they changed a lot it wasn’t really clean, workers on their phones constantly and using the massaging machine instead of working! The owner would have to speak to each worker with what the clients are saying which that doesn’t really bother me but it’s hard when they are busy your waiting there forever just to tell them simply what color you want. I went for my birthday to get a pedicure the pedicure was good it hurt a little but I was okay. The next day I noticed my toes swollen long story short my big toes got infected really bad almost had to have surgery I couldn’t walk I couldn’t drive it was an awful pain to even take a step hurt so bad this was back in December and it’s April and it’s barely healing! I was debating on writing this review but I just don’t anyone to go through what I went through.
They took me in right away, super friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in.
I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me.
Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.
Got exaclty what I asked for.
