In the past three years I have been to Fancy Nails many times. Every time has been a positive experience. Very friendly, very clean, very polite, very talented staff. I usually only get the American mani + pedi. I added a quick 10 minute chair massage after my services this trip. It was awesome. They offer the works with waxing and crazy fancy nail stuff, but I’m basic. I don’t get polish. Great location, great staff + owners. Highly recommended.

I took my 10 year old daughter to get a Mani and Pedi and I was super appreciative that they gave her the full experience… The woman asked if she wanted a beverage and made sure my daughter was comfortable! It was the little things for me that made this an awesome place and they did a great job!!

My girlfriend had been referred here by a coworker because she had said they were affordable. This was not the case for my girlfriend and me, we went in and there was no body there other than a lady who i assume manages the place. Right from the start, she gave poor customer service acting very sour towards us. 30 minutes of silence later, she finishes my girlfriends nails. She did a very poor job, she had nicked her so she was bleeding under her nails and she did a bad job on the painting itself. Brace yourself, this lady charged me $70! $70 DOLLARS. this blows my mind and I can now see why they’re rather slow. I feel as we were taken advantage of on one of their slowest of days. Be careful Kerrville.

Got my nails done on a Friday by the Wednesday one of my nails come off along with the butterfly designs to have a nail and designs to be off already. I’m so upset🥹..$50 to only last 1 week
