I typically don’t share reviews but I had the worst nail salon experience in my life here.
The woman that did my nails was aggressively screaming and on the phone most of the time. She was very rough with me and buffed my nails so long they started to hurt. She dug her long pinky nail in to my cuticle to push it back. She also used a nail file to push them back and one of the buffing tools on them. This resulted in cuts all along my cuticles.
I went to wash my hands and it hurt because of how badly I was cut. I’m embarrassed I dealt with service that was this bad and didn’t say anything. I’m pretty sure this place is violating health codes by how she handled cleaning my blood. DO NOT GO HERE.

Love this place!! I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 4/5 months now and I’ve never walked out disappointed! Alana, Tammy and Andy have worked on my nails and they all did an amazing job! They are very friendly and I can’t see myself going anywhere else! Prices are great as well!✨

Normally I get gel nails because it’s hard to mess up. I was greeted wand rushed to a chair. My nails were sanded down soaked and sanded and still had previous gel on. My new gel nails are lumpy and discolored. His coats were all uneven. Clear coat wad left all over, fingers sticking together I was asked to pay. I sat for 3 min using their tools to unstick my fingers. The owner came back to help… and then gave me cuticle oil after.. my finished nails look horrible

The older lady (who did my nails) was nice but a gel pedicure should NOT take almost 1 hour 30 minutes especially when there was no line. It was only me and one other customer and their child. They both came in after I did and left before me. I checked in at 3:32 and the time stamp on my receipt says 4:57. There are many other places in Hanford to have a pedicure done. Please go anywhere else but here. I only chose this place because it was in the mall and I had something else to do there. I didn’t bother to look at the reviews before hand and I deeply regret it. The lady was very rough with my feet and I’m sure I have small cuts by my cuticles. Hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.
