This was my first time visiting this location and I am very disappointed. I got an older lady, who seemed frustrated and rushed. I asked for a short, square shape before she started on my nails. After cutting and filing, the shape was not square and the nails were curved at the top. Again, I asked her if she could make them more square. She filed them a little bit but they were still the same shape. She proceeded to polish, which was rushed also. She kept dropping the nail polish on the floor. I really wish I had a better experience, I wanted to like this place.

I have had many encounters at this location. The location is clean. The aesthetic’s are beautiful and the nail techs are wonderful. The owner knows exactly who you are when you walk in if you have been there before unfortunately the last few times I was there for a pedicure service I was not too pleased with the outcome. I got the gel polish on my toes and a pedicure the time before last a nail polish was beyond clumpy. Thank God it was a few weeks before sandal season, well this last pedicure, I decided to get white nail polish well when your toes are swollen, because the nail tech was just beyond rough and made my big toe bleed then the nail polish just look like clumps and lumps and bumps, after applying the white gel nail polish. It just ended up looking beyond thick and crooked, and then I had to go home and care for the wound that was left on my big toe. I just wanted the whole experience to be over. I did initially tell her to take the nail polish off, and as she started to, she did see exactly the lumps bumps that I was speaking about, she started to blame it on my toe and I did tell her I did not come in with lumps and bumps on my toes and that it was the nail polish and how she applied for nail polish. She realized what I was saying was true, and was soon to correct her mistake , even though my toe was on fire after she digs so hard that she cut me. This is a week later the nail polish, of course is still in perfect after her trying to fix it and believe me, it’s not because I have crooked toes or the nail beds are crooked , I have pretty perfect toes. It is because my bleeding toe made her lose concentration and the whole experience was just an epic fail.

I had microblading done somewhere else and it only lasted 3 months. Went to get my nails done and was told that because of my skin type microblading was not right for me. She explained why and I immediately scheduled an appointment with her for my brows. She did and amazing job. If you need brows or nails go to Fancy Nails.

Love this nail shop! She is the best in the area, hands down! She takes her time, communicates very well, and has great customer service. Her attention to detail is great also! I can go on and on about her, she is awesome.

I always appreciate her professional expertise with her skill and reaching out with those texts and/or calls to confirm and communicate appointments, because I know she is booked and busy…she does great work!!
