The people are nice and the place is clean and friendly. I don’t have any negatives about that; however, I went to get my regular services and everything came out with a gap in my eyebrows, I got gel polish and there are so many bubbles in them and parts of the nail is not painted. One person did both and she was rushing me, fast talking me, and trying to cover It up with compliments. My eyebrows are microbladed so for them to look like this is bad and now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix. WILL NOT BE BACK!

This is hands down the best nail salon. I’m from Boston and come to CLT often. I literally started planning my nails around my trips just so I can get them done here! They always give me exactly what I ask for and never make me feel like I’m asking too much. The staff are all so friendly and I get a complimentary mimosa to top it off!

Love this nail salon! The ladies here are super nice and talented, and they take great care of you. My nail tech abby always takes her time and does a great job, and the salon itself is very beautiful as well. Great prices that are hard to beat!

Lillie does a wonderful job! I am a diabetic & she is so gentle on my feet and still does an excellent job! She let’s the customer suggest what they want. If the color will not take to your nail bed she will suggest a better color fit. I wanted Christmas colors today this is soooo cute

Great customer service! They are always upgrading their equipment, and there was no wait at all. I came in for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows and they worked on me quickly. As soon as I came in someone took me to the pedicure chair and another lady came and did my manicure. Everyone was so polite and nice. This is my new go-to place in Charlotte! Highly recommended!
