I think the customer service and just communicating with customers could be improved. He did services that he didn’t inform me that they costed extra because if they would have, I wouldn’t have done them. Or just give me a heads up at how much it’s going to be. Then he told me if it’s gonna be, a certain amount, and then when it came up on the card, reader it up being more than the initial amount he said. It is way too expensive. I was told it was going to be 45 for a pedicure and 45 for dip nails. It ended up being 60 for a pedicure and 65 for shellac, she refused to do dip and did the shellac on me without me asking and the quality of the nails, I had to constantly tell her to fix something that was missing polish. The environment was relatively clean, but I think that they could take more sanitary precautions when it comes to employees. I definitely will not be back. I have never been to a nail salon that charges 65 dollars for basic nails..

I gave this place another try. My nails are uneven, bubbly, and rough. The pedicure was painful. She cut my nails too short and was incredibly rough. She was rough enough that I cried out in pain. The nail tech came over and told me there was nothing wrong. I didn’t like the rude comments or the poor outcome of their work.
