BEWARE OF SCAMMING PRICES & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE by the owner and manager. I went for the first time to get a full set French tips. I was charged $75. Ok.. went back 3 weeks later to get another full set fresh tip (same exact thing thing in shorter length) the manager or owner was doing my nails this time. She glued on the nails and tell me $98 for French tip. I said how is it more when it’s the same thing I got last time and even shorter?. I pulled out my phone and showed her a pic of my nails from last time that cost $75 … she STILL went back and forth with me and completely ignored the FACT that she tried to get over on me , she would not do my nails for any lower than $98 unless I wanted something else. I then refused to go through with this place, she took off the glued on tips, and I left out with my nails looking worse than before I walked in. She could care LESS. I would NEVER spend my money on a place that treats ppl like this and scamming by over charging basic nails. TERRIBLE there’s other places that do better nails!

This was my first time here and honestly I won’t go back again. I went there for a eyebrow and lip wax which was a good price for only $12. She had told me to come back in 40 minutes, which was fine because I had other errands to run. I came back and ended up waiting another 20-30 minutes because there’s only one person there qualified to do the waxing. I came home and to see that I have burns on my lip and on both sides of my eyebrows.

The 1st time i went there EVERYONE was attentive, nice and professional. This time the lady was so rude. She never asked what shaped I wanted my nails she just started shaping them. She kept twisting my arm then got upset when I asked her not to do that. I asked for the stiletto nails and i got square nails. The colors are different. It looks nice but that’s not what i asked for.

They did a quick job and didn’t even give me what u asked for. I wanted coffin tips, which came out to thick. Didnt file correctly and over charged me. Try another location before going here

I went here maybe two weeks ago.. I’ve been here once or twice but this will be the last time. The Same day my acrylic was chipping not even three hours later. Two weeks later more has chipped. Where I usually go my nails last a good month no chips just a fill in would be needed. I suggest you ladies take more pride in your work. You have patrons coming to spend there hard earned money looking for great work not mediocre service
Update: However I did call the following open business day it was NYE so they were closed the next day. She Offered to come in but I’m a single working mother and wasn’t able to keep that appointment
