I hated this nail place. I did not like my nails and I wanted it removed and the lady was going back-and-forth with me because I wanted it removed. She charged me an extra five dollars because she added one piece of line to my french tip correctly. He told me it was 45 for all French tip and charged me $51 for two nails to have French tip and that was not including tax so I would never be coming back here again. Don’t waste your money. And I’m getting a refund unacceptable. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life with a nail place.

Worst nails and even worst customer service! I was polite and tried my best to explain what I wanted as she did my nails, I even showed a picture, but the technician got upset and said I needed to wait until she was done. I told her I didn’t want to not say anything and then it’s too late. I explained I wanted a natural coffin shaped, and when I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with the final shape of the nails she got even more upset and handed me off to another technician! The second technician who was the MANAGER, was very nice at first, and tried her best to fix it. I offered to paid for my half done nails and leave because in my opinion, this would’ve been hard to fix! She insisted that I give her a try. She said she needed to add the acrylic and then file down to give a more straight look. When I asked for a more natural look she got upset! I said I know it’s late can I come another day because I’m not satisfied. She responded by saying no I’m done with your nails and charged me $77! After going back and forth she agreed to file them down and flipped it on me saying that I need to be more clear! I cried in her chair because I was so frustrated with them!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my little girl here on a whim since it’s right by my house. I drive by it all the time but had never stopped in and she wanted to have a girls night and get our nails done. We didn’t have appointments and showed up at 7:10 PM and it was kinda busy. They close at 7:30 so I wasn’t sure they would see us. But they did! We had to wait 10 minutes or so but it was worth the wait. We just got simple manicures. They did a great job and thanked us a bunch for waiting and for coming to see them. We loved our visit and will definitely come back!

This is the best nail set I’ve had in so long! I walk in and they already told me to sit down, the nail tech Hanna was amazing and very gentle! Everyone was very nice and organized. She was so fast and left my nail perfect! Definitely will be coming back!

So disappointed. It was clear that my nail tech was inexperienced as the owner had to assist in the filing of my nails. I waited to long to get my nails done. My cuticles look horrible and in person the polish is super bumpy. I never leave bad reviews, it this was unfair. The owner obviously knew he wasn’t doing a good job and just let it happen. I am in the beauty industry and understand that there are beginners, but they should be charging full price or working on clients until they are ready. Never again.
