Just got a pedicure and a full set. Will not be coming back here. The paint was all over my skin. My acrylic has bubbles all in it. The glue is all over my skin. I did ask for him to clean it up and his response was (50% in a another language) that when I shower it will come off. Also, I was the only one there and somebody had called and another guy answered and said they were very busy and to come back tomorrow. Not good service at all.

Had gone to this shop for the better part of 20 yrs, when Jessica and her Mom owned it. Was ALWAYS packed. Just stopped in today to do a fiberglass set, which they do not do. Matter of fact, on a Friday evening, 5:30pm, they had 1 customer. Period. 2 other technicians just sitting empty. They only do acrylic and dip nails, nothing else. The fact that this place should have been busy on a Friday evening, and wasn’t, speaks volumes. Don’t even bother with this place any longer, especially with no variety.

Have been here twice. Don’t get my nails done very often. Staff was very welcoming and love how the lady does my eyebrows. Wasn’t super happy with my nails the first time and tips started to fall off by the next week, but 2nd time I loved my gel manicure without tips.

I should’ve known better…had my nails and a pedicure like 3 years ago, done here. They did amessy job and hurt me a couple times. So I never went back. But today I thought maybe new owners or better person would do better, wrong! I purchased the deluxe pedicure, and it wasn’t even as good as the regular other places! The lady also didn’t clean upthe cuticle well, there were flakey skin and the gel was on my skin around the toes, she barely pumiced them with the stone or file, just did a lot to my calves!? Not my feet, didn’t massage them at all, it was definitely not a deluxe pedicure and a bad regular! I’ll definitely remember not to go there again or refer.

So I got my nails dipped. Unfortunately, They didn’t push the cuticle back far enough before they started and here I am two days later and it already looks like it’s been growing for a week. I went back and talk to their manager and she said that’s how they do it because they don’t want to cut your cuticles and if she were to redo it they do have to soak it off and redo it again. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. Go to KB nails on Fairoaks Boulevard you’re better off.
