I will start with a positive. It does appear that they have the tools professionally cleaned and sterilized. Now for the experience. In and out for a mani pedi in 35 mins without color. He watched TV the entire time. They were not busy so I can only assume this is the standard practice to rush. They didn’t even hand me my shoes. And now for the kicker, $80. This was not an $80 experience. I won’t go back.

It’s my first time doing a negative review. I always choose to never return instead of using my time for that. But 2h15 to do a removal and gel? Leaving with polish on my hands, cuts everywhere and uneven nails is too much. The guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I had 2 other professionals coming over to help him with my nails. And they still charged me full price with no more than “I’m sorry”. Never again
