Would not return to this place or recommend to anyone. Went in 2 days ago to get my nails done and came out with a very unprofessional and cheap looking job. The nail colour is all over my skin and has already started to lift. Also agree with the other comments on here about the nail technicians switching and having to explain what you want to about 4 people, it gets pretty annoying. Would have been able to overlook that if they did a good job on the nails but unfortunately didn’t.

Normally go elsewhere but they were closed so went here. I got infills but my nails now look horrendous. They are all different shapes as they didn’t bother to re-shape them after putting more acrylic on. One of the nail has a chip in it and I asked they guy if he could fix it but all he did was put a top coat over it and it’s still very noticeable. He didn’t understand English well and was very difficult to communicate with (normally I wouldn’t be so bothered but since he butchered my nails and didn’t fix them after I asked). I really don’t recommend coming here there are lots of good nail salons that you should go to instead.

Don’t waste your money. My Daughter just got her nails done here and they are shocking. Charged £35 for nails that aren’t straight, hair and other bits in the acrylic. Did not do what she asked for. Had I been with her she would not have paid for them! Absolutely disgusting.

I am so disappointed I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years now and in the recent months this place has really taken a turn for the worst the employees are rude and on one instance when me and a friend went to get nails done she specifically asked for no shellac however the man doing her nails just laughed and continued to paint them bearing in mind he was painting them for the second time as the first time they were lumpy as my friend went to pay they charged her more for a service she didn’t ask for I used to recommend this salon to everyone around me. However, I believe that now it is more beneficial for you to go elsewhere.

Been for lashes doing today, got home & there falling off 1 eye, & the other the extensions are glued to my lashes half way down my lashes & not even on my lash line. £18 for a load of rubbish!!! I could of put strip lashes on for a quid better!. Absolutely disgusting treatment never spoke to u, no after care instructions when did speak to u was rude. Never again will use this service & I will let people know of this too
