Absolutely loved my dip manicure from the first time I got one. I requested a very natural look and was extremely pleased that after two weeks my nails lasted so long, no breaking or lifting. Mai really listened to what I wanted and with careful detail gave me a very natural French manicure tip dip! I was also impressed that they used individually wrapped clean and sterilized set of utensils each time and disposable personal files and buffers! Very clean salon, attention to detail and sanitation safety, and great atmosphere!
Additionally, I did lash extensions for the first time in a year, and I was very pleased with Mai’s skill level and how quickly and naturally they turned out! 10/10 will be a repeat customer!

My first time here as I desperately needed a sip powder. The price was MUCH higher than quoted. They also did a gel finish over the dip coat so it is failing not even a week later.

My usual salon does this exact same finish in ALL sip powder, and I asked them to do the same, but they insisted on doing gel over the dip powder. As you see the dip powder wasn’t even shiny. It look terrible. I paid for this and a $15 eyelash tint, pre $20 tip, $100. It was supposed to be $85 max.

Powders last three to five weeks as my nails grow slow but now this gel layer is falling apart and looks terrible. This $100 manicure is going to cost me $58 to get a new one at my usual salon. And I cannot drive due to recent seizure so this is a big deal to organize a dip powder.

Friendly lash tint artist but had to switch mail professionals to get the job done and didn’t seem to want to make conversation. Unimpressive salon. No free drink like most salons offer especially at this price tag.

Spent more time filing the skin around my nail than my nail itself. Nails are jagged and uneven. Only went here because I was running late for my appt at Ascend and they couldn’t get me in anymore. I travel for work and my nails were grown out bad. I should’ve just left it at a removal and waited to get in with a place that I trust to do the actual manicure. Overpriced for the quality, waste of money and time.

I have been coming here for a while but my last experience was not good. I had no damage to any nails, I asked for a new set. They were really rough taking off the old set, they really hurt my pinky, I told them how bad it hurt they kept putting alcohol on it. It just kept throbbing and was really painful. I went home the pain kept increasing and it started swelling up. I had to go to urgent care and get medicine for an infection in my finger. They caused the damage to my finger and then infected it. I am really upset and went through a lot of pain and expense to treat this infection they caused.

If you want nail art this is NOT the salon for you. I showed Mai the picture that I wanted and she had to go ask the owner if she could do it and I was told it was a sticker. It wasn’t a sticker. I’ve had that design done before. She did an adequate job on my nails though some are thicker than others. She was very nice and friendly. I tried this salon because I could make an appointment online but I won’t be back. There were several employees who weren’t busy and were on their phones, maybe they should practice doing nail art instead. I will be going back to Tip and Toe Paradise where I can get my nails done well with nail art. They also trim my cuticles and put lotion on at the end of my service with a nice shoulder massage.
