I’m unsure of the lady’s name who did my feet but she did an incredible job! I absolutely love the color. My feet and toes look amazing. Jordan did my nails yesterday and the last time I was in. Jordan does a phenomenal job each time. Her attention to detail is amazing. I may have to start requesting her. She’s wonderful.

*updating to show that I’m now dealing with a very painful infection in all of my fingers*
Despite having been applying antibiotic ointment a few times a day as they instructed me to.
I debated on not leaving a negative review because the staff that I encountered today were all very friendly and concerned about the shape I was leaving in, but the more I sit here with throbbing fingers, the more upset I’m getting.
Today was my first visit there and although the nail tech was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, I left with butchered fingers. Five of my fingers were bleeding from various places on each finger and my nails are very thick. She did a great job on the ombré and got the length I wanted correct but the thickness of them is very unappealing and I unfortunately have to wait for my fingers to heal before I can soak these off.
I’ve never had a salon cut me so badly and then try to gaslight me by telling me this happened because I don’t moisturize enough.
Granted, they don’t know me personally but anyone that does knows that I obsessively moisturize my hands.
They did give me a partial refund I tipped the nail tech because she was friendly, I just think she needs more practice.
I’ve included a picture of what my hand looks like regularly after doing dip powder on myself and a picture of what my hand looked like today, after washing all of the blood off.

Allow me to preface with— I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 months and haven’t had any issues. However, yesterday, I had the WORST experience of my life at a nail salon. I had a tech that spoke zero English which would normally not bother me at all, until my pain threshold for having my nails done was hit multiple times. I verbally tried expressing my pain many times to no avail, I finally had to start yanking my hand away from her and look her in the eye and point and say “PAIN”, “OW”. And she nodded as if she understood.. yet it kept happening. Not only was there physical burns on my hands, but my nail bed itself was scorched multiple times from the electric file. I understand everyone makes mistakes and things happen, but there should be something in place for instances like this, if the tech cannot speak English or read body language, this is a huge problem. I will NOT be back.

The quality of pedicures I’ve received over the last few years are of overall good quality. The staff are generally friendly and wait times are usually minimal if at all. However. I cannot return due to concerns surrounding hygiene and sanitation. I have pointed out the amount of accumulated dirt and grime around and the pedicure basin faucets once before, which was only met with an awkward smile. Last visit, my pedicure was beautiful, yet I observed tons of dirt and grime around the pedicure chairs. It likely took months to accumulate.. I’m genuinely concerned about the lax sanitiation procedures here, and much to my chagrin I cannot continue to encounter what seems like a potential risk to my health.

I got a pedicure done here yesterday. It was my first ever pedicure and I am 90% sure they took advantage of that. I walked in and said I’d never had it done before and wanted a manicure and pedicure and asked if they took walk-ins. They walked me right over to a chair for pedicure. The guy shoved a menu in my face but only let me look at these two pages so I thought they were my only options. He kept pushing me to the one on the left. It was $60. I thought okay that seems a bit expensive but I don’t know what it should cost. I also got gel polish done. So an hour later, when I think I’m going to get the manicure portion, he rushes me out and is waiting at the checkout and I see a total of $85. That is crazy! But I just accepted it and tipped 20% anyway, not wanting to know how much it would’ve cost to add a manicure. I also noticed my receipt said just “additional charge”. So I have NO clue what I paid for. That is really not cool to do to customers.

I also looked at my toes more closely when I get home and that’s when I saw how sloppily done they were. And he cut off way more of a couple of my nails than he should’ve making them look uneven and weird. I could have done a better job myself and i already do when I do my own nails at home. Overall, felt like a scam and a ripoff 🙁
