I had an appt with Britney but she had to cancel due to ger being sick and recommended I see Tony.

I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He quickly asked me if the shape he did was okay. I didn’t have enough time to really look at it and said yes. He finished my full set in under 30 mins. That should have told me something.

I came home and noticed that about 6 out of 10 nails were uneven. I also noticed he didn’t get the fill all the way to my cuticle on one of my nails.

I came back in and told him. He said he didn’t understand and was going nail by nail and told me to tell him what he needed to do because he didn’t see they were uneven.

I asked the other customer who was next to me if she could see it and she said yes.

I asked the other nail tech if she could fix my nails for me since Tony wasn’t understanding what I meant.

She filed them all down a little more and made one of them worse. She told me there was nothing else she could do for me and didn’t offer any other solution than to refund me the tip I left for Tony, which she did.

First time here and was so impress! They took the time to detail. The nails are perfect. I would make an appointment. I had a hard time making an appointment on line so stopped in a few days earlier to set an appointment. I highly recommend them. They do have a salon dog. The dog is very friendly but just be aware. The place is clean and inviting

Went in today by appointment, and I love my nails! The gentleman that did them was so sweet and patient with me, he did an amazing job!! I’ll be back in a couple of weeks 🤗

The ppl here are very kind. I love the girl that does my pedicures. She’s very gentle. But my acrylics are always bumpy. And he’s rough when using the drill. My nail was sore for two days when he drilled underneath my nail when I got them filled. And when someone comes in from smoking and coughing they should always wash their hands before touching a customer. I hope they sanitize cuticle cutters but they are just hung on the hot lamp probably harboring bacteria. Other than working on a few things the prices are decent the ppl are friendly and they have a cute lil doodle to greet you:)

Amazing! I’ve been here twice now and I have had the same tech both times, Tony, I believe. He is always very patient with me and helpful. I’m rather introverted, and I appreciate Tony’s respect of that. I plan to continue coming back for their services.
