Terrible customer service 🤣 I came in and asked For a VERY SIMPLE. Short french set. And the lady said they don’t have that color.. it’s litteraly a natural Nude. What salon doesn’t have that. It seemed as if she didn’t want to do the job. She told me I can just go someplace else. So I left. Was happy to get my nails done but left Dissatisfied within 5 minutes. These ladies are Lazy, the work isn’t even all that. Please take this comment with consideration. Thank you

I had gel removed from a different salon and then I asked for clear gel on top of my natural nails. I am satisfied with the result, but I wouldn’t do anything too flashy or bold when it comes to designs at this place. Last photo is a week and some later

I sought a nearby, small and intimate nail salon with excellent customer service. While this nail salon is close and small, it falls short in customer service. I’ve also observed disparities in how they treat minority and non-minority customers. As a discerning customer, I’ll keep exploring for a superior nail salon. Surprisingly, despite their inconspicuous location, one would expect them to be more welcoming and provide better service. The prices also are a bit high based on the final product.

Not nice more like rude and the prices are too high! They charge $10 extra to take off gel polish if you want regular polish. Never heard of anything like that before ,and extra $25 dollars for gel polish on top of the pedicure price. If I could not give a star I would. Don’t spend your money here. It’s much better nail salon in the area.
