Expert Nails is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. I used to just do a “walk in” and they would get me in very fast and everyone I experienced was so polite. Now I make an appointment with Johnny and he is amazing. If I have a reference picture it always matches perfectly, and if I want him to freestyle he never ceases to amaze me. ☺️☺️ definitely recommend this salon!!

I have been going to Excel Nails for several years now. I have ALWAYS had wonderful service from every employee I’ve worked with which has been many. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. The owners are also very nice and everyone in there is hardworking. It’s a beautiful clean space with plenty of stations and chairs for pedi’s. I go regularly for fills as I have acrylic overlays and my husband joins me for a pedi every couple of months. Tracy and her husband Tyler have always taken such good care of us and it’s so nice to enjoy a glass of wine, chit chat and just relax with excellent service! Highly recommend!!

This place is AMAZING! I was shocked to see a mix of reviews but when I tell you I only go here for nails, I mean it. They get the nails right every time.
If you ask for designs and extra long acrylics, yes, you will pay more. You are paying for their time and talent.
I highly recommend this nail salon and I could keep posting pictures for days. Thank you Expert Nails! 💅🏻

Johnny is so great! I’m pretty picky about my nails and he always makes sure they look great. I’ve never had someone take so much time on my nails to make sure they look perfect. Would highly recommend going to Expert and seeing Johnny!

I have used Expert since they had their little salon off mentor ave. Been going to them for 16 years, this place was great when they first opened and then they expanded and took at the techs with them besides like 3 and now every time I go in there I’m told 15 min and I end up waiting over an hour for a fill. Mind you, after I came in at least 8 people came in after me and all got service before me. I was told “first come first serve”… well I was here before all those other people so why am I still waiting? Worst service ever lately and it’s just a shame. Walk ins welcome is a joke.
