First person sat me down and immediately started cutting off my cuticles without soaking, without pushing up, without cuticle cream. Obviously it was very painful. I asked for cuticle cream and she replied “oh my gaw, go sit there” and moved me to someone else. I guess I was too difficult for her. The next person proceeded to go crazy on the cutting and made my finger bleed for the remainder of my two hour visit, without any acknowledgment of the blood coming out of me. I asked for a round shape and got a soft square. I asked to make it rounder 3 times. He took my toe polish off with the electric buffer even though it was regular nail polish. He did not ever try acetone. The pedicure is a mess with weird gaps/separation as shown in the photos. Upon checking out they gave me the total without breaking down the costs. I asked for the individual prices and learned that he wanted to charge an additional $5 to “take off my gel polish on my toes” which I 100% did NOT have. I told them it wasn’t gel and they argued with me that it was in fact gel. I told them five times it was regular nail polish until they agreed to take off the charge. I will never ever go back there again.
