I have been a customer of exclusive nails since it’s beginning and a fan and follower of the employees, Ann and Kathy for the last 20+ years. I have followed Ann and Kathy because of their kindness and friendliness. Also because of their professionalism as business women. They are very careful to screen their new staff and make sure they are up to date on all of the latest knowledge. They make sure that they ONLY hire the best of the best. They, along with their other staff are gentle as well as helpful with decision making. They offer so many services including different types of nail works, pedicures, sculpted nails, extensions, massages and eye brow waxing and so much more. They explain and answer any and all questions. Many times I will come into the salon with suggestions or photos of what I think I want for my nails. The technician will patiently listen and give tremendously helpful suggestions or advice to help me get my most satisfying results.
Their new building is brand new. It is so elegant and relaxing. Chandeliers, TV’s with beautiful travel sites and calm music keep the customers at ease. All of their pedicure chairs are brand new and offer the most wonderful massages. The salon is always immaculate. The place is mainly decorated in whites which is a very difficult color to maintain but everything is so clean including their white floor.
Every 2-3 weeks I treat myself to a visit to their salon for my usual “fill” and pedicure. It is the highlight of my month and I look forward to seeing them.
For the attention given, the atmosphere and the services rendered the prices are nominal. I highly recommend this salon to all of my friends and relatives.
We have also used this salon for my daughter’s bridal shower. We brought in food and champagne and Ann and Kathy were so hospitable in sharing their business with us.

My husband and I were staying in Troy for a concert. Before the concert I decided to get a manicure with regular polish (my nail beds are still recovering from dip and gel). I found Exclusive Nails in a Google search. I called to make a same day appointment but my availability was limited because of the concert. The owner took my call and was VERY kind and professional on the phone. She scheduled me within my availability. When I arrived I noticed how clean and upscale it looked, and I was greeted with smiling and friendly faces. I did not have to wait long. The owner had me sign into their computer and sat me. She did my nails and when she asked if I wanted Gel, she didn’t pressure me when I said no thank you. My nails turned out perfect and she made sure I was happy with them before sending me off to wash my hands. They look professionally done, as they should. The manicure included a very nice hand and arm massage as well. Even though they were very busy, she did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied. She was very friendly and made conversation with me and the other customers. None of the techs were having conversations with people on their ear buds, and their conversations with each other in their native language was limited, they interacted with their customers. It was very comfortable. I live near Battle Creek and there isn’t a nail salon near me with this type of service. I would even consider making the two hour trip regularly to have her do my nails, I was that impressed. 10/10 for sure.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. They are all extremely friendly and very good at what they do, but Ann is an absolute artist with shellac. Her designs are beautiful, and they somehow never so much as chip — I can go 3 weeks before I need to come back just due to nail growth. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough!

Ann was so lovely, she was quick but also made sure everything looked great.
She made some changes from the picture based on my nails, but she made sure to always ask and make sure I was okay with every change.

I visited on Sunday around 12:4 for a shellac pedicure. I did the most basic pedicure and it was still luxurious ! Sophia was top notch and took her time with my awful feet. I will definitely be back!
