I booked an appointment for a pedicure and basic manicure for 10:30 am on a Friday. I didn’t leave until 2:15pm. Yes you read that correctly… 2:15pm. My services started at about 10:45am. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I think the young lady (Sonja) doing my mani and pedi was newly out of school.
I can tell that the owner of this shop is trying, but it misses the mark for me on many levels. I have seen pics of their nail art and the nails techs are talented. However, on the business side – there is much room for improvement. The owner, or lead tech should’ve told me that I was booked with a newbie and asked me if I had time to sit through a longer mani and pedi service. It wasn’t even acknowledged during my services. Nail techs were dropping f bombs, and the two pedicure stations were better to look at than they were functional. I get annoyed to think I spent almost 4 hours of my time here. After I left, I went to my usual salon and had them fix my pedicure. My manicure wasn’t even finished because I couldn’t stomach sitting there anymore. Definitely took a loss with this experience.

This is easily my favorite nail shop to come to. Everybody is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Ices is literally my nail guru. I have seen nothing but amazing work from the ladies here. Scheduling is very prompt I rarely have to wait when I book, if I do it’s hardly noticeable. If you want somebody consistent with their work these ladies are it 🙂
