Save your money and never come to this salon. They rushed through my manicure, ripping the colors out of my hands and telling me to “hurry” for my color choice. Rushed through the Polish, resulting in thick lumpy and uneven nails. When I asked for them to be fixed, they did try but this is still the end results. Very sad and dissatisfied by the service received here. I will have to remove the polish and try to make them decent on my own for the wedding I will be in. Save your money and leave. Go somewhere else.

Terrible mails. I was there for almost 2hours. Stated I wanted a powder dip manicure and pedicure. The woman doing the pedicure forgot I wanted color on my nails, then grabbed the wrong color (I asked for purple and got red). Then I had someone rush to get my powder nail done, but they did not do anything towards my cuticles but slapped on the powder and polish. The pedicure was drying for over 30 min and right as I got home the nail polish already smudged and rubbed off. Also, since they were going so fast they missed polish on my manicure. If you are looking for quick service, they are definitely that but their attention to detail is lacking severely. Would recommend going somewhere else where the attention to detail is there.

While they were very kind they definitely ripped me & my daughter off. She wanted to take me out to get a mani/pedi for my birthday since she has her first job. She was also getting a pedi & a set of nails. She looked up pricing before going as she knew I didn’t have money to spend there. We asked for basic pedis & for the first time ever they used steam. I didn’t question it because I just assumed it was a new part even though no place has ever steamed my legs before. They charged her $45 a person for the pedis! Their “deluxe” on their site is listed as $35 so why the ___ was ours $45 each?! When I questioned it she tried to say “well I gave her her design (nails) for free” umm so?! It wasn’t a difficult design even! I got just regular polish which chipped before I even made it home! So my daughters nails were $60 according to the lady & our final total was $175!! I’m disgusted that we weren’t asked if we wanted the steam for an up charge. I have gone here many times before but I won’t be going back. Disappointed for sure. I wish I had caught it before my daughter paid because since she didn’t realize they ripped her off she also tipped $20 so they took almost all of her first paycheck! Gross honestly. 😡

Not really happy. I’m trying new nail salons to find one that I can go to from now on. This one. Not great. I said I want my nails squared. Not narrow. I do not like narrow nails. She narrowed them. She told me to pick a color. I was looking at the keychain of nail polishes, she took it right out of my hands. Did not ask me if I was done or anything. Also it was very rushed. Cost 40 dollars. I will not go back to Eva’s nail spa. I have them 2 stars because the guy who finished my nails was ok. They are bumpy. She did not file them smooth or buff them to were they are all even. They look stupid. It’s embarrassing that I paid for this. I could have done a better job. Well you live and learn right. There’s tons of other nail salons. I’m going to start doing video reviews. I bet they would take there time and do great!

Very clean and customer service is amazing but my fill did not even last two weeks before I lost 4 nails. The owner was too busy running around and taking care of others instead of focusing on the customer in front of her she is performing a service on. Worst fill I have ever received.
