Donna rushed through my nails. Corners were missing dip. Nails were bumpy. Spoke to the manager and he said it’s the best that they can do and he pretended that there was no issue until another nail tech saw the problem. I still had to pay full price.

I’ve been going here for years and have spent so much money here it’s ridiculous but I will never be back. Michael has always been a little rude but he does great work so I continued to go and that’s my fault. At this point, his attitude is unbearable. He acts like he’s doing ME a favor even though I’m the one spending $150 on basic a** sets…and it feels like he doesn’t like me for whatever reason. The energy is very negative. I swear I’m the sweetest person but that guy is just always in a bad mood! The manager is very nice though.

the past 2 times I went to do my nails they definitely didn’t come out the way I wanted. I asked for short gel nail (oval) and the nail tech lady said I couldn’t have that because I was getting them short. Which didn’t make sense to me since I’m a paying customer. She did them square and the square nails didn’t look good, definitely not shaped good. (More like a box) It seems more like the workers don’t want to do the work so they do as they please and expect a tip.

Terrible service, over priced for the quality. Tom did my nails great the first time, after that, I could tell he didn’t want to do them anymore. My nails would chip, break and the polish would come off even though I’d get gel. Tom was 20 minutes late to my last appointment and did not apologize or anything. I sit at a computer and type all day. I had a broken nail in less than a week. There is no reason acrylic nails should break. I paid $8 for the first nail repair, when I called about the 2nd nail, they told me to go somewhere else. Tom told the manager he didn’t want to do my nails anymore since I was unhappy with his services. I never voiced any concerns until now. I just wanted the services that I paid for. Also, a roach was crawling on the table on my second visit. Tom laughed, killed it and switched the towels.

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done twice a month for the last six months. The last time I called to book an appointment, the owner told me the nail tech refused my appointment. He never asked how the nail tech’s work was for me, and I’ve never complained the service. It seems like he doesn’t care about customers. I mentioned another nail tech I liked, but he said he didn’t know who that was. I’m totally confused and frustrated–it feels like they don’t want my business at all. I’m not coming back.
I’ll remove this review if the owner calls and apologizes.
