I called ahead and they scheduled me in 30 minutes later. The lady was very nice. She was super thorough and made sure to get every inch of my nails. She even added the tiny heart without me even asking. It’s one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. I love them! I’ll most definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend ☺️

50$ for this. Painful for one. “Massage” legit lasted 1 min, if that. I can legit count on one hand how many times they rubbed their hand up and down my leg. The paint job is self explanatory in the photos… and why is it so far away from my cuticles.. it looks grown out ALREADY. Just very disappointed. And they need a sign saying they don’t accept certain cards. Won’t be back.

Felt like CRYING after the rude discussion!!!
NO SORRY even for this bad behavior!
I called in the manager again after all this to get the name of employee and he was rude to me on the phone, he didn’t give me the name, infact started BLAMING me and saying I could do whatever I want but he’ll not give me the name.
A big NO! Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place. It’s worst to step in as the employee doesn’t know how to respect customers. I went there for manicure. I never had issues this bad before. This time I went for powder nails and showed a matte design to which the manager said the guy who us trying to do my nails will try. So I sat and they took good amount of time to remove my gel nail polish. Later the guy said I won’t be able to do the matte thing you want. So I went to choose other colors. And he came twice to check and finally when I had made the selections he started in a scolding sound why are taking so long. Already you came late(I showed up for my appointment even in heavy rain) and now you are taking whole day to choose. I simply said why are you being rude and he again in same heavy threatening tone started saying I am not being rude you are taking a lot of time and I gave my explanation on their mistake simply you could have said at the first itself that this isn’t possible, even i have work to be at! And this conversation happened in from of the manager Johnny is the name If I remember it correctly.
Anyways worst customer service and even while leaving I asked to pay for removing my gel polish to which the guy rudely said you can go.
Horrible experience.

A while back I was going on a regular basis to get acrylics done and gel paint. I always went to Alex, he’s such a talented guy! I’d highly recommend him, the quality of his work was always excellent. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the atmosphere. I never really felt completely welcome in the shop, no one ever really spoke to me but a few words or made eye contact with me. It made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. But to clarify, no one was ever intentionally rude to me at all and pricing was always great. Only critique I have is for staff to improve social interaction with customers.

Best manicure in town! Johnny (the manager) does an absolutely amazing job, but the others do a great job as well. This is the place that is always my preference to go and where I refer anyone who asks. I do recommend making an appointment, because they’re so good that they’re always busy!
