Such great customer service here. I love going to Sherrie, she’s so great! She’s very gentle and always checking to make sure that you’re comfortable and doing everything necessary to make sure you’re not in too much pain (esp if you’re doing a bikini or Brazilian). I love talking stories with her, she makes the time go by so much faster!

The center receptionists always warmly greet me. The center is always neat and clean. My technician, Tori, is nearly always on time. She is also always thorough with her treatments. Asks me how I’m doing and makes sure I’m satisfied with the results. I love coming to this location. Also love the convenience of having locations to visit when I travel. I have seen similar standards met at other locations.

Been going to the Pearl City location for years and have always had a good experience, but lately, it’s been BETTER than good! First off, the front staff is friendly, professional and helpful with anything from scheduling to product purchase to service explanation. As far as technicians go, I’ve requested Ashley the most. She’s very efficient and knowledgeable and does such a clean and thorough job. She’s also very friendly and helps to make the process as pain free as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
07Feb2024 – Update: One of the techs ran a little late with an appointment, so we were rolling with four clients waiting in the lobby area. Taylor and Deyla handled all of us with kindness and professionalism and took care of us all within a half hour of our original time. They are the best front desk personnel!
