Went to get a gel manicure/pedi. As far as their technique, I enjoyed both. Staff weren’t super friendly, but not totally rude either. However my biggest issue is the polish. The purple has changed to this grey green color and its supposed to be a deep purple. Not to mention as you can see, it’s all spotty when in the light. Not sure if the gel was old or what but I’ve NEVER had a polish change color and turn so gross looking! It hasn’t even been a week. I’d return for the massage and nicely done TECHNIQUES of the mani/pedi. But I dont trust the gel polish.

Stopped in for an acrylic fill in.while I was shopping at the mall. The nail technician spent so little time on my nails and rushed through the process. She also did not wear a face mask to protect herself. after just 7 days, 2 nails peeled up and fell off. My nails looked sloppy and had rough edges. Works fill in I have ever received.

Would have given no stars if that was an option. My SIL, 4 year old daughter, and myself got a pedicure here and had a horrible experience. They didn’t speak to us, only to each other. The nail tech who did mine was on Facebook and even took a video chat call during the pedicure. The “leg massage” was more of a fist beating and karate chopping then anything else. My polish job was splotchy and my SILs nails look nothing like the picture she showed her that the nail tech agreed to and said she could manage *pic included* Also, the water was scorching hot and we both had to ask them to turn it down.

If I could I would have gave 0 stars!!! My two daughters and myself went for a fill and my youngest just got gel polish they were so rude definitely not kid friendly what so ever! Our nails look worse now then before we got them filled. We told them that they needed fixed the whole nails not even polished they didn’t take my daughters old color off you can see it around the edges of her nails I showed a picture and asked if they could do that design they said yes it looks nothing like the picture a 3 year old could have done a better job. The lady said I’m sorry you do not like but still charges 96$ for two fills and a 6 year old to get just gel polish. I made it clear I wanted them fixed she said they didn’t have time and still asked for a tip🤦🏽♀️ Will never be going back!

If only I could give a 0. Terrible experience. Absolutely the worst experience I have had doing my nails ever. I went in to get a full set and the man doing my nails made a mistake with the tips. I told him several times and he kept going. The third and final time I told him this this is wrong he then blamed me and became very aggressive with handling my hands and was mouthing off to his coworker about me. Most certainly will NOT be returning.
