Recently moved back to Billings. In an attempt to get re-established with a salon that does several services that I use frequently: pedicures, massage, waxing and hair, I come across this business on Google and FB. Called multiple times, left two voice messages to see if I could make an appointment. NO ONE answers the phone and NO ONE ever called back. Message did say appointment only but how do you even make an appointment if NO ONE ever answers the phone or returns a call. Maybe you should post on your website and FB that you don’t take new clients!!

Terrible service. Called in advance to see if they did walk-ins and the woman on the phone told me yes. We waited for 30-40 minutes without being greeted while “regular” customers were greeted and ushered in the door. We thought that maybe the girls needed time to cash out patrons and clean up stations before saying hello, but we never even got a second glance. Would not recommend to anyone in search of genuine customer service and hospitality. Very disappointed.
