I usually come here every week for nails, never had issues until now! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE! This week I was here 2x as walk-in as usually and they said they have no time, fair enough, I left.
3rd time I made an appointment via online booking system with them for specific time to be sure I get the nails done and when I came the owner told me the appointment is not valid and he has no time! After trying to complain he said I can wait for an hour (for 15mins manicure job!). This is not good enough and I do not recommend this saloon at all if they can not make proper system for their appointments. There were two other ladies with the appointment online as well and he said he has no time. Complete unfriendly unreliable and disorganised place that can not handle bookings and customers.

I made my 3rd appointment online, you must mistaken me with other client as I told you in person (the other ladies said they called). And I never had any price complain or wanted to pay less, what a joke!
What is true, you will never see me in your store again.
And I do not recommend anyone to come here unless they want their online appointment disregard the time and have half day to wait!

Lashes were not very well done and took forever. Nails were okay but a bit hectic. It is fair for the price, the girls are very sweet.

They do such a good job! I booked a last minute appointment and they took it even tho it was 18:00. The lady was so good and really paid attention to details. They did the color coating like 3 times! Other places just do 2. And she filed the nails into perfect shape. I would go back again. This color number is 545

I used to come here regularly but the work has become sloppier and sloppier. There is no reason a pedicure with polish should come out looking old and sloppy. Similarly, my manicure with clear nail polish looks unfinished. Very disappointed.

I work abroad and have to travel frequently. I went to this salon and first thing I asked: which payment method can I use? They told me both: cash and card, I said great, I will pay by card ( in English and using google translator for German just to be on the safe side). Firstly, poor quality for 59€ pedi and mani. Secondly, while paying, my card was not accepted: I have visa and master card from France and US, none of them were accepted by the establishment. I had to pay on cash. if you are tourist I don’t recommend this place. literally they did not even apply lotion on my feet ☹️
