Getting married tomorrow and this is how my nails look when I left. Honestly I have no complaints on the shape but disappointed when I walked outside and really took the time to look at my nails. It was all rushed. Usually when I’ve been to other salons they put the cuticle oil on your nail beds and then massage your hands with lotion. She gave me the lotion and told me to massage my own hands(that’s a first). Never again.

I have had the best experience with Gleimar. She has now been doing my nails for 2 years.
I suffered from fragile nails, no matter what, they’d break. I had not done any acrylic or dip powder for a year, but my nails just wouldn’t grow until I found her. My nails went from small and easily broken to long and strong nails – I only do gel. She does not use a nail drill, so you will never have those horrible drill cuts or nail-bed burns, I truly believe this is what restored my nail growth.

I’m also very picky with my French tip, she understands and accommodates to what you like. Her pedicures are the best too. She takes away any pain or discomfort (she’s amazing at taking out ingrown nails).

Both Annie and Heng are excellent and always do a fantastic job on my nails! They are detail oriented and tolerate me being picky about shape and colors. Highly recommend, good prices and a clean space with excellent staff. Easy covered parking right outside.

I’ve visited this salon two times. Front desk staff/owner was super friendly and addressed me by name and took me back immediately. My first gel mani/pedi with Nicole was great, I was in and out in 75 minutes and it did not move for three weeks. Unfortunately, my second service with Esperanza fell flat. It took 2 hours and 50 minutes for the same gel mani/pedi service and two days later, two of my nails have cracked. Both ladies were pleasant to work with.

Visited for a third time yesterday and waited for 45 minutes (I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time), my gel mani/pedi took three hours again, and my cuticles on two fingers and a toe were cut too low, which led to bleeding and soreness. Once again, my tech was pleasant to work with and the owner was friendly but I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this establishment.

Update: 3 days after my appointment on 9/20, I developed a nail infection which indicates ineffective sterilization practices. I will not be returning.
