Let me first start by saying I do enjoy this salon however, I felt my most recent experience needed to be addressed. I got my nails done for Disney World on 4/26/24 and 3 days into my trip my nails were lifting and chipping on both my hands and feet. I paid an extra $15 for the “chrome” for hands and feet, and every nail was chipping. I went back on 5/8/24 due to me being on vacation and was told my hands would be takin care of by Henry who originally did my nails. But, I would have to make an appointment. On 5/9 at the time of my appointment I was told because i had a gel service the full service does not apply. And could get the two main nails that were lifting fixed. So, I obliged and allowed Henry to work on me. My nails came out two different colors then the rest of my set and I left disappointed. I had to ask for a discount and although I will be getting a discount the next time I felt that whoever was managing at the time should have made more of an effort to fix the situation. All in all I would not recommend Henry.

As of 07/11/2024
I went back for a spa pedicure and a gel color change after I was promised a 30% discount. My bill came to $98 total and only $10 was deducted. I will not be spending any more of my money in this establishment. I hope they do better with customer service and the promises they keep to their customers.

I did bleed on a couple nails when he trimmed my cuticles, but I’m very happy with the design and color. The nail tech was nice and made sure the shape was good. It was clean and full of customers which to me means they’re good.

This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it! I took my mom for a Mani-Pedi and she was very satisfied, I got acrylic dip nails and they turned out amazing and was EXACTLY what I had asked for. Every single employee is very kind and does a great job. It’s normally not too long of a wait and they are very patient. Employees I have had a great experience with are Damon, Dom, and Kim. This is the best spot in Bell County I know of, and will be going here until pigs can fly.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here at all on Friday. Scheduled an appointment with Jolie and they put me with someone else no explanation. Then the person who did do may nails said only a couple of words to me and did not get the shape I wanted and did not do my nails correctly. The tips/ acrylic isn’t even on my full nail bed and a couple of the nails were crooked. Lastly it hasn’t even been a week and my nails horrible. I’m very disappointed

Kenny is my favorite! I’ve hopped around different nail salons and Estelle always has the best nail experts. Still I wanted someone that felt comfortable to me to be around and Kenny is IT! He doesn’t even have to say much and that’s fine by me! I enjoy getting my nails done by Kenny. I had him do Ombré the first time and then a solid pink the next time.
